The programme of the 1st International Mountain Film Festival will feature about forty world-class mountaineering films from Slovenia and abroad, lectures by eminent alpinists, presentations of new books on mountaineering, and round table discussions.

The films selected for the festival will compete for the Grand Prize of the Town of Domžale, Overall Best Film Award, Best Film on Mountain Culture Award, Best Film on the Environments and Sports Award, and Best Film Audience Award.
